Committee responsibilities

• • Monitoring projects and activities as recommended by the Board.
• • Overseeing the implementation of Board of Directors’ decisions.
• • Following up on the Executive Director’s performance and work.
• • Preparing strategic directions, future plans, and general goals for the association, and overseeing their implementation.
• • Preparing periodic and annual reports on the association’s activities, including financial data and executive actions.
• • Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of governance policies and procedures specific to the association.
• • Ensuring compliance with disclosure and transparency requirements regarding financial and administrative information.
• • Ensuring the adequacy and efficiency of financial and human resources to achieve the association’s goals.
• • Submitting an annual report to the Board containing the committee’s recommendations, its decisions, work progress, number of meetings, and results of its activities throughout the year.
• • Making necessary decisions on all matters delegated to it by the Board of Directors.
• • Developing policies and procedures that ensure the association’s compliance with regulations and bylaws, and presenting them to the Board for approval, in addition to committing to disclosure of essential information to beneficiaries, the supervisory authority, and other stakeholders.
• • Introducing the association and working to highlight its goals and activities in relevant circles.
