Workshop: Creative Cities: From City Identity to the Application and Action Plan

From Inventory to Global Presence is a professional programme delivered by the Saudi Heritage Preservation Society. It comprises five specialized tracks aligned with UNESCO frameworks and programmes, and aims to develop the knowledge and skills of heritage professionals and those interested in the field through Applied workshops that combine knowledge and practice. The programme takes participants from inventory and documentation and readiness assessment to the preparation of nomination dossiers and action plans related to international recognition and engagement. The workshop helps cities identify the most appropriate creative field and assess their readiness, map their local creative ecosystem, and develop partnerships and projects, leading to an initial framework for the application and action plan.
